Experience Kludi Live – Finally, you can go hands-on with our fittings again
The fittings specialist from Germany’s Sauerland region hosts the industry’s first physical event
As great as it was to be able to use a variety of digital tools to stay in touch with our market partners in spite of the physical distancing requirements during the pandemic, they made us long all the more to speak face-to-face and in-person again – and our retail and trade customers told us the feeling was mutual,” explains Sebastian Biener, Spokesperson of the German Management Board at Sauerland-based fittings specialist Kludi (www.kludi.com). That is why the maker of premium bathroom and kitchen fittings start-ed working on a hybrid model that combines digital and analogue product showcases early this year. While the family company has only been able to show the specialist audience its new products virtually until now, the fall in Covid-19 infections means that Kludi can open the new product pavilion at its Menden headquarters. “We have really missed personal communication and direct contact with our partners, and are looking forward to welcoming as many of them as possible in Menden during the summer,” emphasises Sebastian Biener. “With Kludi Live we have created a safe platform for interaction and developed a strict, dedicated hygiene concept for it. The 800 registrations we have already received show how positive the market response to our live event is – the first for the industry.”
Explore our innovations and experience the production process
From 5 July until 9 October 2021, interested specialist distributors and plumbers have the opportunity to see, most notably, new Kludi products from the past two years and experience them in 3D form in a transparent exhibition area created specially for the event. Highlights include the Smart Luxury and Pure Function fittings lines and the Kludi Cockpit shower system product family. Kludi is also presenting its kitchen product range, which has been thoroughly overhauled, with the new Kludi Mix, Kludi M2 and Kludi L-Steel products in the limelight. Visitors will also get a peek behind the scenes at one of the few full-scale fittings production lines in Germany: guided tours of the factory, where the entire process from the foundry to final assembly occurs at one location, will give them a personal impression of how produce our quality ‘Made in Germany’ fittings. “On request, we also offer various tailored workshops and training courses for groups from a single company, with contents based on the specific needs of our customers,” adds Sebastian Biener. Delicious snacks and show cooking on the Kludi brand centre’s sun terrace create an inviting atmosphere for customers and Kludi personnel to talk about their experiences and other topics. “We are really looking forward to these face-to-face chats,” emphasises Sebastian Biener.
Strict hygiene concept
To ensure the best possible health and safety precautions during the live events, Kludi has devised a dedicated hygiene concept that adapts flexibly to the Covid-19 regulations currently in effect in the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia. Among other things, there are strict limits on the number of visitors allowed into the new product pavilion, the brand centre and the plant. Visitors follow a prescribed route. There is a rapid testing station on-site, visitors can check in using the Luca or Corona-Warn apps and hand sanitiser is provided. Plumbers and specialist distributors who want to experience Kludi Live should get in touch with their Kludi field sales contacts (www.kludi.com/service/kontakt) to schedule an appointment and make the necessary arrangements.
