Non-contact Kludi Zenta electronic fittings control the water flow. This ensures maximum hygiene in public and semi-public buildings, such as schools, office buildings, service areas, venues and the catering industry. Here, sanitary areas are used intensively so the economical use of water and energy is an important argument for sensor-controlled mixers. The infra-red technology detects when a hand approaches the optical sensor and only then does the water flow. Unintentional triggering, for example by water drops on the sensor field or passers-by, is prevented by the intelligent function.
With the new Zenta electronic solutions for wall installation, highly frequented washrooms as well as private bathrooms can be functional and aesthetically sophisticated. Different versions are available: for wall installation, the mixer has round and soft-edge rosettes and outlets of 190 and 240 mm in length. These blend perfectly with the design of the Zenta stand mixer as well as the fitted washstands and wash basins. The sensor window is also designed to match the appearance of the soft-edge fitting. Made of high-quality cast brass and plated with a gleaming chrome layer, the wall fitting is suitable wherever the highest hygiene standards, durability, ease of cleaning and economical use of water is demanded.
The mixers are available for either mixing water or cold or premixed water. For both spout lengths, the sensor size of the sensor field is pre-set at the factory. However, with an optional remote control, the sensor range, follow-up time and time interval for sanitary flushing can be customised at any time. This is ideal for hotels and locations where only one setting for changing users is desired. The reset function on the remote control allows the Zenta to be reset to the factory settings, if necessary.
Matching concealed elements
The new, electronic concealed element with an integrated magnetic valve is available for an almost flush installation of only 70 to 100 mm with an extra mounting clearance of 30 mm. High-quality thermoplastic protects the sensitive parts and also serves as a protective shell and mounting template while the front part can be simply removed or cut to length. A battery compartment is also located in the plastic envelope if the infra-red sensor is operated by battery. For safe operation of the mains voltage, the concealed element comes with a flush-mounted power supply compatible with all standard wall outlets. In case of power failure, an integrated capacitor securely closes the valve, also in case of an emergency without power supply, avoiding unwanted flooding in the bathroom.
